Peter A. completed the maintenance on our heating system today. He was professional and friendly, a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job and gave us a few simple tips to help improve our system.

Our furnace was old ( 33 years ! ). After dealing with a couple of other Brampton companies for maintenance, we decided to try Peel Heating. During inspection, it was determined and showed quite clearly to us that our old furnace was now dangerous.
The temperature outside was -25 Celsius & we were in a fix. This fire hazard furnace could not be turned back on legally for obvious reasons. Peel Heating went into action. Alan the Operations Manager immediately had a delivery of free electric heaters sent over to our house within 90 minutes . Later that day, Michael (Mack) came to discuss options. He was patient & answered any concerning questions we had. I knew from my online searches that their price was competitive.
We were then declared an "emergency" case. They came the next morning. No Extra charge !... Enter Runualdo & Yuslan. These 2 guys were so professional. They kept us informed at every stage and kept our stress levels down with their people skills . As we write this, we are so comfortable in our home and grateful for their efforts.

Sukhvir was extremely polite, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful from the moment he arrived. My heating stopped working last night, and I couldn’t sleep at all because of it. He came in, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the heating properly, and thanks to him, I’ll be sleeping well tonight.
He didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, which I truly appreciate. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out. Sukhvir was amazing, and I’m very grateful for his help. Highly recommend him as a technician.

These guys are always so helpful, technicians are professional and the company is so easy to work with. They text you before they come and booking appointments are so easy. I would highly recommend! You want good service, you will pay for it and I am ok with that. Bruce K is the most professional tech I’ve ever experienced. Yesterday my hot water tank broke, they were able to arrange a new one to be installed within 2 hours of the initial visit and I had hot water before 2pm same day. That’s service.

Yesterday Peel heating and air conditioning came in to install the ductless heating and air conditioning.
Runaldo, Yuslan and Rupi are a great bunch or guys. They respected our home with putting sheets down everywhere they would be walking. They made sure everything was up and working and also made sure we understood how the system works before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get this job done.

the work done was not explained, for example: there were 3 holes done in my aircon and never got explained on their need. If it damages anything then who is going to repair them?
Edit: Allen and Chris came to do a followup visit and assured that these holes made are just to check the temperature and does not effect any performance of the equipment and they put in new screws to close the holes. Thank you

Emilio was excellent. He explained everything clearly as to what he was doing. He checked both the furnace and airconditioning units and made sure any issues were highlighted. Thanks for being upfront and honest.
Peel Heating and Airconditioning replaced our old furnace and AC. Mike was upfront in explaining all the options available and was able to offer a deal we could not refuse.
Kawal and Rupinder arrived on time to install a new air-conditioning unit, a new furnace with air purifier and brand new thermostat. Even though they had restricted space and it was a rainy day they finished their work on time. They explained everything and were prompt in answering all our questions. Overall it was a pleasure dealing with Peel even though we were skeptical at first. Thank you for making this a no sweat purchase and install.
First Tune up if the airconditioning. Lots of dandelion seeds but Peter took care of it.
Update - second tune up. Kyle was very helpful in cleaning and making sure the air-conditioning works fine when the heat wave hits.
