The temperature outside was -25 Celsius & we were in a fix. This fire hazard furnace could not be turned back on legally for obvious reasons. Peel Heating went into action. Alan the Operations Manager immediately had a delivery of free electric heaters sent over to our house within 90 minutes . Later that day, Michael (Mack) came to discuss options. He was patient & answered any concerning questions we had. I knew from my online searches that their price was competitive.

Even though they had restricted space and it was a rainy day they finished their work on time. They explained everything and were prompt in answering all our questions.
